Computer users often use the Google Chrome web browser to download software and other files from the web. If you have also downloaded a software installer, photos, PDF, or some other file format with the Chrome browser, you might be wondering how to view the recently downloaded files.
The following are the ways to quickly access recently downloaded files in the Chrome browser.
NOTE: By default, all downloaded files are automatically saved in the Downloads folder, which you can access from File Explorer. You can change Chrome’s default download location if you wish to use another folder as your download location.

Step 1: Open the Chrome browser.
Step 2: Click the Downloads icon in the toolbar to see a list of recently downloaded files.
You may click on the folder icon next to an entry (it appears when you hover the mouse pointer over an entry) to see the file in the saved location. As an alternative, you may click on an entry to open the file.

Step 1: Launch the Chrome browser.
