Step 1: Visit this page of the official Apple website in a web browser of your choice.
Step 2: Here, click the Download QuickTime for 7.7.9 for Windows link to open the QuickTime Player page.
Step 3: Finally, click the Download button to begin downloading the QuickTime Player setup file for Windows. The size of the QuickTime Player installer is about 42MB. So, it should not take much time.
